Background: TRIP Chance facilitates Results-Based Financing (RBF) for youth skilling in Uganda. Guarantors provide funding for selected training programs, with financial returns directly linked to measurable employment outcomes. Our platform connects guarantors with certified Skilling and Training for Employment Provision (STEP) facilitators and programs accredited by the Ugandan Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT).

The TripChance Director of Independent Verification of Results(DIVERS)/Auditor , are the guardian of integrity and trust. Thier role is to impartially verify that training, employment, and income results have been achieved before funds are released. DIVERS independent validation ensures the entire system operates with transparency and accountability for all stakeholders.

As applicant Guarantor / Backer of skills financing, you are the community anchor of trust. Your role is to vet and endorse promising trainees from your membership, providing a credible Guarantor/Backer that replaces traditional collateral. By serving as a Guarantor, you enable access to finance for your members while strengthening your cooperative's reputation and social impact.
